Shipping Policy

When will my order be shipped out?
The shipping window for orders are from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM GMT to 4:30 PM GMT. All orders placed before 4:30 PM GMT will be processed and shipped the same day.

Any order placed after 4:30 PM GMT will be processed and shipped the next business day.

All orders placed on Saturday before 11:00 AM GMT will be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed on Sunday will be processed Monday (Next Working Day).

All orders are shipped during the evening and therefore the day of shipment is not eligible to be included in the shipping delivery time frame.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping is provided via The Royal Mail, DHL & FedEx. Shipping within the United Kingdom can take between 1 to 3 business days (24 to 96 business hours) to arrive from the time that the package is shipped out from our facility in the UK. Shipping internationally can very from 3 to 7 days (72 to 168 business hours) to arrive from the time that the package is shipped out from our facility.
