All orders have a tracking number emailed when they are shipped. To best locate your order, check the tracking history located on the order's tracking number page.

     2. When will my order be shipped?

 

The shipping window for orders are from Monday to Friday, 10:00AM GMT to 4:00PM GMT.

All orders placed before 4:00PM GMT will be processed and shipped the same day.

Any order placed after 4:00PM GMT will be processed and shipped the next working day.

Orders placed after 4:00PM GMT on Saturday or on Sunday will be processed on Monday.

*All orders are shipped during the evening and therefore the day of shipment is not eligible to be included in the shipping delivery time frame.

 

 

 

     3. How long does shipping take?

 

Shipping within the United Kingdom can take between 1 to 3 working days to arrive from the time that the package is shipped out from our facility in the UK.

Shipping internationally can very from 3 to 7 days to arrive from the time that the package is shipped out from our facility. *Exact shipping options are provided at checkout.

 

 

 

      4. How do I cancel my order?

     5.  I placed an order with the wrong shipping information.

 

To update your shipping address for an order to the correct address, please send an email or contact us with the correct shipping address.

Please include your order number so that we can quickly change it prior to it being shipped out.

In the instance your order has already been fulfilled and shipped we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If you did not receive your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the shipping courier to find out more information regarding your order.

 

 

 

     7. What should I do if my product is defective?

 

Please contact us at: support@super21+.com and let us know exactly the issue you are facing with your product. We will either replace it/them free of charge or adopt another measure to replace the value of the defected product.

 

 

 

     8. Are Super21+ devices tested to UK standards? 

 

Yes, our devices are rigorously tested to comply with all relevant battery and electrical safety standards for the UK.
